Cleopatra 2525 - 2000
Here's a shock. This was Executive Produced by Sam Raimi. Here's the whole reason to watch this series (for me, at least) - Gina Torres. Two athletic women in 2525 team up with a stripper from the 20th century. Yes, the titled character was cyrogentically frozen after a breast enlargement went bad. Hilarity ensues.
It's not as bad as, say, Buck Rodgers In The 25th Century, but, effects are primitive and dialogue needs a little polish. The occasional "cute" hurts it too. The stories are interesting enough, and it held my attention. Many aspects were pretty novel, and only a few were obviously put in f0r the cheesecake factor.
Ending had it's good points and bod points. Left open for the Season 3 that never was, but cool and kinda satisfying in its own right. Other extras include deleted scenes, where we learn that they completely redubbed Stephen Finch (Marcus). The rest won't be missed. There's an outtakes that are pretty funny. A SFX & Stunts featurette that's a collage of squibs and wire work.

Sexual Parasite - 2004 aka Killer Pussy
Hooo boy is this cheesy! Music is obviously stolen from something, but I don't know what. Not as "dirty" as you might think, with a title like this, but there is a pretty fair amount of some nice Asian boobage. Absolutely no extras.

Dead Moon Rising - 2007
Ahhh, a good ol' fashioned independent Zombie movie. Made in Louisville. This one is more character-driven and has good humor, and not as much gore.
Commentary has cast & crew. Pretty good, with lots of behind the scenes and details of how to do things on the cheap.
Other extras include a featurette that features a dancer at a biker bar that never gets naked. (now THAT is Louisville!) And a outtake/blooper reel that is not too bad.
