Gag - 2006
Wow, this is sure some rough, messed up "S" here. And it's clever that the "hero" is a thief, so he knows how to pick locks. This adds a unique dynamic, and at least makes it believable.
Crappy ending, though. Commentary by writer/director/actor Scott W. Mckinlay and Producer Chad Ferrin. Nicely technical and loads of info about low budget ($40K) film making.
Other extras include Deleted scenes (2) - good plan. Alternate Ending - REALLY good plan not using this. It's actually WORSE than the already bad one they used. Behind the Scenes - "How we made our low budget horror movie". Short, but good actually.

Bad Movie Police Vol. 3 Double Feature
Zombie Cop - 1991
Not nearly as bad as some of the earlier stuff(Chickboxer comes to mind). There's a commentary with director J.R. Bookwalter, producer Scott P. Plummer, and actors Ken Jarosz, Bill Morrison, and some woman named Jo that I didn't get. Here we learn that both movies (Zombie Cop and Kingdom of the Vampires seen earlier this year) were done for only $5K. Very little tech, but good fun.
Maximum Impact - 1991 (but not in IMDB)
Wow, is this dull. And Bad. This one Certainly belongs on the Bad Movie Police. And hey, whatever happened to the two hot bad movie police. No skit this time. Another big commentary, with JR and a number of folks. This one and Chick Boxer were done for $5K as well. And they are pretty much on par. About the only good thing is the Amiga speech used, even when the PC they show isn't. And they mention the fact that this movie isn't in IMDB.

The Sexploiters - 1965
Restored, but still a lot of missing frames at the beginning. Throughout this feature, there are enough that I thought "Someone really took a lot of souvenirs home from this film".
That being said, this was an enjoyable watch, as there's lots of natural boobage to make the scenery pleasing.
Commentary by "Film historian Michael Bowen & Chuck Smith". I have never heard of either of them, and they certainly didn't seem to bring very much to the table. Pretty dull stuff, and precious little info.

Christmas Eve, believe it or not, no move beyond watching Santa Clause Conquers the Martians. A holiday tradition at the our house.

Slaves of the Realm - 2003
Why the heck did I put this in my queue? Not that I didn't enjoy at least the scenery here. More nice boobage. Lots. I do hope that they weren't going for realism in their sword fights, 'cause it ain't. And it's amazingly bloodless, considering they're dying by swordplay.
Actually, it's a terrible move made completely bare-able (sorry) by the tons of 3/4 naked lovely women. No extras whatsoever. Guess they paid the strippers too much.

Hatchet - 2006
Why is Robert Englund slumming in this movie? And Tony Todd. Man, is there a movie he's turned down? Nothing terribly original here, but good gore effects and boobage helped it along. "Bayou Beavers", hehe. Nice excuse for the boobage.
Only extra is Meeting Victor Crowley, which is a making of. Not too bad.
Food of the Gods - 1976
I remember seeing this movie at a drive thru. Bert I. Gordon was/is (as he's not dead) B-Movie master. I love his work. And there's Pamela Franklin. She was *SO* hot back then. And this was her last role, before dropping out of movies. Too bad. Pity she had to go out this way. This movie is tons of fun, but most folks would think it's a real stinker. The acting is over the top by some, and the effects are often laughable.
I'm noticing that it sure looks like the rats are being hurt. And I notice that there's not the usual "no animals were harmed" thing at the end. Of course, this is '76, and it may not have been required. But I think Bert just said "Hell, they're rats. Just hit 'em with a .22".

SWV Swinging Double Feature
Free Love Confidential - 1968
Man, I love these old sexploitation flicks. And this one's a howler. First, a couple of these women couldn't get laid just after closing time. That laugh would turn a man off faster than light.
And of course, this is back when you could have sex with the guy's boxers on. The ending is a little bit of a roughie, which wasn't expected. As they said on the carnival sideshow back then "The terrible effects of drug addiction".
For Single Swingers Only - 1968
Well, at least this one's in color. And it has a more novel plot. The director (Don Davis) worked with Edward D. Wood Jr. on Plan 9 from Outer Space , Night of the Ghouls, and my favorite Orgy of the Vampires (which most know as Orgy of the Dead). Audio really sucks, can barely understand a thing they are saying.
The simulated sex isn't that bad, but the fakey noises really ruin the effect. And the real sex noises while no sex is actually happening. And the Swedish gal is sure hung up considering she's Swedish and living in a swinger commune.
And WTF is with the ending?
This disc also has the usual assortment of sexploitation trailers. It's a great way to add to add to your wish list. Plus a mini-feature.
Wife Swappers - 1965
Would have been funnier if it was in better shape. Full of lost frames. But boy, is the voice over hysterical.
